Born and raised in New York City, Harper has had a lifelong passion for music, photography and cultural arts. She graduated with a B.A. in Communication Arts from Northeastern University/Marymount Manhattan College.

After graduating from college, Harper went on a ten-day Birthright-Israel trip and came back to NYC with a new found love for Israel and its people. She returned to Israel three months later as a Birthright-Israel staff member because she wanted to watch other young adults fall in love with this wonderful country as well. When this second Birthright experience came to an end, Harper extended her stay for two months to soak up Israeli life. After working in NYC for a year, Harper returned to Israel again to live and work in Tel Aviv. She took a photography course at The Galitz School of Photography. Never leaving her apartment without her camera, Harper was determined to capture the unique characteristics of Tel Aviv life through her lens. Harper's photography focuses mainly on the lifestyle/culture of urban communities and the portraits of the people who populate this wonderous city.

Along with photography, Harper has always made volunteer work a critical part of her life. After 9/11, Harper founded and presided over the first community service club at her high school, Birch Wathen Lenox, encouraging her classmates to join and volunteer throughout the city. Harper received several awards for her exceptional leadership skills and volunteer work. Currently, she is an active participant in organizations including Women In Music and is the Director of Marketing at Artists 4 Israel.

Harper currently resides in New York City and is continuing to capture her everyday experiences in the musical, artistic, and cultural realms. Her first solo exhibit is currently on display at the Aish Center in Manhattan.

A portion of the sale proceeds will benefit Artists 4 Israel.
