With its roots in gospel, it’s common knowledge that jazz greats like John Coltrane and Duke Ellington were deeply spiritual people. But the genre, both historically and currently, is also filled with Jews who are deeply entrenched in spirituality and Kabbalah.
Join us for a night of celebrating the special relationship between jazz and Judaism. Featuring a performance by the Daniel Dor Trio, a panel featuring Adam Jacobs, acclaimed musician Greg Wall, and Tzvi Gluckin–all rabbis and graduates of the New England Conservatory, and a delicious selection of classic cocktails like Irish Coffee, Tom Collins and Mint Juleps.
